BVB stocks open Friday's trading session mostly higher

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened mostly higher on Friday on trades of over RON 5.89 million (EUR 1.1 million ) 30 minutes into the trading session.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.45%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced 0.43%, agerpres reports.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was up 0.38%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.40%.

The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks increased by 0.20%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, increased by 0.19%.

According to BVB, the top three risers were Comelf (6.88%), Infinity Capital Investments (+1.20%) and Electrica (+1.09%).

On the other hand, the top three fallers were Rompetrol Well Services (-13.71%), Longshield Investment Group (-2.72%) and Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (-2.38%).
