Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Tuesday's session in the red

The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session down on all indices, and the value of transactions amounted to 27.94 million RON (5.61 million euros).
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, recorded a depreciation of 0.66%, up to 18,330.81 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares from the Stock Exchange, also closed down by 0.66%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was down 0.70%, while the SIF index BET-FI was down 0.61%.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, lost 0.76% of its value, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.91%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, fell by 0.19%.
The most liquid securities were those of Banca Transilvania, which recorded transactions of 3.65 million RON, followed by Electrica shares - 3.62 million RON and OMV Petrom - 2.96 million RON.
The best developments were recorded by Compania Energopetrol (+4.24%), Armatura (+2.51%) and SIF4 - Longshield Investment Group S.A. shares. (+1.78%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares of Carbochim (-10.53%), Rompetrol Rafinare (-9.32%) and Condmag.
